The passion for the kitchen appeared very early, since he had the opportunity to get close to the stove. Then he realized that he wanted to be a cook and that this was going to be the profession for life. He graduated in cooking and pastry at the Escola Profissional de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa and collaborated with some publications, passing through illustrious hotel and restaurant houses. The chef's great dedication is currently The Cookie Cake, a cookie cake of his own creation. He assumes himself as energetic, creative and very dedicated, he is a regular presence in television programs.[1] |
