Retrieved and Translated from tvi.iol.pt The passion for the kitchen appeared very early, since he had the opportunity to get close to the stove. Then he realized that he wanted to be a cook and that this was going to be the profession for life. He graduated in cooking and pastry at the Escola Profissional de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa and collaborated with some publications, passing through illustrious hotel and restaurant houses. The chef's great dedication is currently The Cookie Cake, a cookie cake of his own creation. He assumes himself as energetic, creative and very dedicated, he is a regular presence in television programs.[1] |
