Face to Face Nominations is a recurring twist on the Nominations that appears on Pinoy Big Brother, Big Brother (UK), Celebrity Big Brother (UK), Big Brother Brazil and Secret Story Portugal/Big Brother Portugal seasons.
All Housemates must nominate their fellow housemates in front of everyone else as opposed to the usual private nominations held in the Diary Room. It may be done in various ways depending on the season.
