- Fabiana is the first housemate in Big Brother Brazil history to win three consecutive Head of Household competitions. She would later be followed by Renan de Almeida of Big Brother Brazil 16 and Elana Valenária of Big Brother Brazil 19.
- Of the three, Fabiana achieved this the latest in her season. She achieved this on Days 70, 74 and 77 (Weeks 10 & 11).
- She is also the first, and currently only, housemate to achieve this to also make it to the finale.
