Erika Michelle Landin Rich was a houseguest on Big Brother 4 and the runner-up of Big Brother 7.
In Big Brother 4, she came in 4th place and became the sixth member of the jury when Alison Irwin cast the sole vote to evict her. Her ex-boyfriend Robert Roman was also in the house, as part of the X-Factor twist.
Erika was one of the twenty former houseguests given the chance to compete in All-Stars, and was selected by the public to enter the house. Erika was known for her showmance with Mike Malin, and exposing Will Kirby's lies to Janelle Pierzina which resulted in Will's eviction at the final 4. Erika ultimately lost to Mike in a 6 to 1 vote, only receiving one vote to win.

Erika Landin (born December 5, 1969) was a 33 year old Pilates instructor from Los Angeles, California.

Post-Big Brother
- Erika was previously in a relationship with Big Brother 1 runner-up, Josh Souza. The two separated a few months before the All-Stars premiere.
- Erika previously dated Survivor: Cook Islands contestant Adam Gentry in 2006, and got engaged in 2008, but eventually separated in 2009 [1]
- On May 18, 2014, Landin married Duffy Rich.
- Erika attended the Big Brother 20 premiere.[2][3]
Trivia
- Erika, along with Paul Abrahamian of Big Brother 18 holds the record for most nominations in a season (All-Stars) by a member of the Final 2 with 6.
- Erika is one of ten players to make the final four at least twice, the rest being: Janelle Pierzina, Will Kirby, Jordan Lloyd, Dan Gheesling, Paul Abrahamian and the eventual Final Four of Big Brother 22.
- Erika, Will and Janelle are the first, second and third houseguests to accomplish this, as well as the first houseguests to accomplish this on the same season together, followed by the BB22 Final Four.
- Erika originally won the HOH competition during Week 6 in Big Brother 7 (US), however, due to technical difficulties during the competition, she was dethroned as HOH, with Janelle Pierzina winning the redo.
- Due to this, Erika became the first dethroned HOH in Big Brother history.
