Erika Landin Rich was a houseguest on Big Brother 4 and the runner-up of Big Brother All-Stars.

In Big Brother 4, she came in 4th place and became the sixth member of the jury when Alison Irwin cast the sole vote to evict her. Her ex-boyfriend Robert Roman was also in the house, as part of the X-Factor twist.

Erika was one of the twenty former houseguests given the chance to compete in All-Stars, and was selected by the public to enter the house. Erika was known for her showmance with Mike "Boogie" Malin, and exposing Will Kirby's lies to Janelle Pierzina which resulted in Will's eviction at the final 4. Erika ultimately lost to Mike in a 6 to 1 vote, only receiving one vote to win.
