In Big Brother 12, Enzo became well-known for his use of his moniker "the meow-meow" and was the founding member of The Brigade, an alliance which helped him make it to the final 3. He ultimately placed 3rd after Hayden Moss cast the sole vote to evict him, thus making him the seventh and final member of the jury.
In Big Brother 22, Enzo found himself in a comfortable position as an affiliate of The Committee alliance. He was particularly close with Committee members Cody and Memphis, having a final 3 deal with them called the Wise Guys, and a final 2 alliance with Cody called The Root. He proved to be better in competitions this time around, winning 2 HoH's, 1 PoV, and 1 Safety competition. He overall made very safe moves, nominating obvious target Kaysar, and also keeping Nicole F over David in final 8. He made it to the final 3 without being nominated. After Cody won the final HoH, he brought Enzo to the final 2. He had a dislike towards Kaysar and successfully backdoored him in Week 4, and clashed with Janelle over their conflicting personalities, but developed friendships with Bayleigh, Nicole F, Christmas, Dani, Da'vonne, including stronger ones with Cody, Tyler and Memphis. However, Enzo's subtle game wasn't respected for Cody's dominant and aggressive game, and he gave poor answers to the jury's questions. This caused him to finish second to Cody in a unanimous 9-0 vote, making Enzo the second ever houseguest to receive 0 jury votes, after Memphis.

Enzo competed on the first season of The Challenge: USA[4], CBS's spin-off of the flagship MTV series, which featured Big Brother, Survivor, The Amazing Race and Love Island contestants. Fellow BB22 houseguest David also competed, alongside Alyssa Lopez, Angela Rummans, Azah Awasum, Derek Xiao, Kyland Young, Tiffany Mitchell and Xavier Prather. After making it to the Final Challenge, he ended up quitting during Stage One due to being unable to swim and panicking while in the water. He was randomly paired with Survivor's Desi Williams, so when he quit he caused her to be disqualified alongside him, making them the first pair of five eliminated in the Final. He ultimately placed in fourth out of all the men.
Trivia[]
In Enzo's CBS Biography, Enzo said that the past houseguest he liked the most was Justin from Big Brother 1, even though there wasn't a houseguest named Justin on Big Brother 1.
Enzo might have meant Justin Sebik from Big Brother 2, although this is unlikely due to Justin's behavior and the fact that he was the first houseguest to be evicted .
When Jeff Schroeder visited the house, Enzo said Jeff's name would be "The Pretty Boy" if he was in The Brigade. Coincidentally, in Big Brother Canada 7 there was an alliance known as The Pretty Boys, which people usually refer to as Canada's version of The Brigade.
Following Ricky and Anthony, Enzo is the third person to make it to the end of the game and never receive any votes, for or against.
Janelle Pierzina, Dan Gheesling, Paul Abrahamian, Enzo Palumbo, Cody Calafiore and Nicole Franzel are the only people to make it to the Final Three twice. Excluding Janelle, all of them made it to finale night twice as well. They would be followed by Xavier Prather, Taylor Hale and Anthony Douglas.
