Throughout Big Brother 5 (US), she was known for her showmance with Drew Daniel, as well as being a member of the powerful Pinky Swear Alliance. Once the alliance crumbled, after Natalie and Adria turned on the alliance and were evicted back-to-back, she aligned with Drew and his ally Cowboy. This got her to the final 3 with the two of them. After losing the final Head of Household, she was shockingly evicted by Drew in 3rd place, causing her to be the seventh and final member of the jury.
On Big Brother 7 (US), Diane began the game in a tough spot, placed in a bad position due to the Sovereign Six’s four week long power run. After being left out of the first vote in which her ally, Alison Irwin, was evicted, Diane was nominated for eviction against her closest ally Nakomis Dedmon the next week by Kaysar Ridha. However, Nakomis was viewed as a larger threat, and Diane was able to survive the eviction vote. Diane’s game took another hit after her Mr. and Mrs. Smith Alliance ally, Jase Wirey, was evicted, after a plan failed to save him. After Diane’s rival, Janelle Pierzina, won Head of Household, she quickly put a backdoor plan in place to evict Diane. Despite this move angering the majority of the house, Janelle decided to go through with the plan, and thus Diane was evicted by a vote of 7-1, placing 11th.
In 2006, Diane had a non speaking role as a maid on the Disney Channel show The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.[2]
