Czarina Marie Balba more famously known as "DJ Chacha" was a celebrity housemate on the Celebrity Chapter of Pinoy Big Brother 7.
In the house, she was seen as a straightforward and frank person who often speaks what is on her mind. However, there were times that her words were misinterpreted by the viewers and the housemates themselves. Although not nominated, Chacha decided to have a voluntary exit in the house on Day 11, citing her desire to continue doing radio work and taking care of her daughter. This caused Hideo Muraoka to be saved, as he was supposed to be the season's first evictee. She finished in 30th place.
Chacha Balba is an award-winning radio DJ of MOR 101.9 (and later 92.3 Radyo5 True FM, with the latter station moved to its new frequency 105.9).
She is a single (later married) mom to her daughter named Sabbrina "Sabb" Nataliah. She is best known for her program on primetime block, Heartbeats. She is also known for her literary pieces, "Napakasakit, Ate Chacha" and "Anak ng Patola! Mas masakit, Ate Chacha", that give people advice on different relationship problems.
She got married to businessman, Michael Guevara, on May 30, 2019. She has two children with him, a daughter named Savannah Alejandra "Lexi" (born 2020) and a son named Santiago Mikael (born 2024).
After Chacha left the Big Brother house, she resumed her radio talk show and cleared things up about the allegations about the Big Brother series. She denied that the show was scripted contrary to what bashers were saying.

According to Chacha's interview for the newspaper The Philippine Star, the reason she joined Big Brother's Celebrity Edition was to know if it was really scripted like what some people were telling. She later denied those allegations about the show right after she got out and flew back to the Philippines.
Chacha is the first housemate in Lucky Season 7 to voluntary exit out of the house.
Chacha is the only housemate to be evicted in the VietnameseBig Brother house and never live inside the Pinoy Big Brother house.
