Celebrity Big Brother 19 also known as Celebrity Big Brother: All-Stars and New Stars is the 19th series of Celebrity Big Brother (UK)

This series marks the first time that returning housemates competed against new housemates. After 32 days, Coleen Nolan was crowned the winner over Jedward Grimes by a small margin of 2.74%.

Background

Back after the summer ended, co-producer Caroline Davies left the show. She would be replaced with Richard Greenwood, who worked with Big Brother's Bit On the Side Presenter Rylan Clark. Later after a production meeting, the producers decided to change the size of the beds in the new house. They will be smaller than previous series, hoping that it will lead to more intimacy.

Twists

• All-Stars vs. New Stars: New Housemates will compete alongside popular past Housemates.
• Producers' Editing Out: The All-Stars and New Stars were separated upon entering. The All-Stars were sent into the producer's room (previously the Others House) and the New Stars were sent into the Main House. The All-Stars were then tasked with Editing Someone Out. After five New Stars are edited out, it was announced that they could not nominate in the first round of nominations. The two stars that were not edited out, Angie and Jamie had to save four housemates from eviction leaving James Cosmo for the first eviction.
• Late Entrants: Multiple additional housemates entered after Day 1. Jedward entered on Day 4 and Chloe, Jessica, and Kim on Day 11.
• Shock Eviction: On Day 11, the remaining 12 housemates were taken next door to "Hell". They were then joined by three new housemates: Chloe, Jessica, and Kim. They were then instructed to vote for the "dullest housemate". Austin received three votes, the majority, and was evicted from the house.
• Weekend In Hell: After Austin's eviction, Coleen, Heidi & Spencer, James J, Jasmine, Jedward, and Stacy were banished to "Hell" to fight for survival. After three different tasks and housemates "escaping Hell" and then "banished to hell" Heidi & Spencer, James C (who replaced Jedward), and Jasmine were left for the housemates in the "Land of the Living" (Main House) to unanimously evict one of the remaining housemates. After the unanimous decision, Heidi & Spencer and James C were saved leaving Jasmine for eviction.
• Superhero vs. Sidekick Nominations: During the second week shopping task the housemates were divided up between superheroes and sidekicks. The two groups were separated into different rooms and were told that the superhero would face their sidekick for nomination. Which housemate who would press the button before them first would become immune and the opposite housemate would face eviction. If both pressed the button, the first one would become immune and the second would become nominated. If neither housemate pressed the button, the would both become immune.
• Eternal Nomination and Immunity: Following Chloe's eviction, the housemates had to nominate one housemate for eternal immunity until the "vote to win". With 4 votes, James C received the most votes and became immune. He then had to give out a killer nomination and that housemate would face eviction until they leave the house. He chose Heidi & Spencer.
• Card Nominations: Following Stacy's eviction, a set of cards were placed in front of the housemates: nominate, save, and joker. If a housemate picked nominate, they must nominate another housemate. If a housemate picked save, they could save one housemate. If a housemate picked joker, they could do nothing and had to immediately return to their seat.

On Day 1, All-Stars and New Stars entered the Big Brother House. The All-Stars were named the Producers of the show and over the next few days would select five New Stars to be "Edited Out" from the show. Unknown at the time, those housemates would lose their power to nominate during the first nominations. Stacy was selected first on launch night followed by James C. On Day 2, the producers decided to select Brandon. Later on Day 3, the four remaining New Stars participated in an improv task which ended with the producers selecting Bianca and Ray J to "Edit Out" leaving Jamie and Angie as the only New Stars not to be "Edited Out". So on Day 4 Jamie and Angie had to give a killer nomination to one of the "Edited Out" housemates. Jamie decided to save Bianca and Ray J and Angie decided to save Stacy and Brandon leaving James C up for eviction.

Nominations took place on Day 6 with six housemates up for eviction. Stacy received five nominations, Austin had four nominations, Heidi & Spencer had three, and Angie and Ray J each received two respectfully. James C was also nominated for eviction as result from the Producer Task earlier in the week. Later on Day 8, Ray J was evacuated to a local hospital for tooth pain and was not allowed back in the house and was declared as a walked housemate. The next day, Brandon walked from the house as he stated that he was "not himself". On eviction night, Angie was evicted with the least votes to save out of the remaining five housemates.
