Celebrity Big Brother 12 (UK) was the twelfth series of Celebrity Big Brother. It premiered on August 22, 2013, 3 days after the finale of Big Brother 14 (UK) and using largely the same house as that series, with a few changes. The series ended 23 days later on September 13, 2013 with reality TV star Charlotte Crosby being crowned the winner.

Twists

• The Cult of Celebrity: On Day 1 Big Brother revealed to the first three celebrities to move into the house (Louie, Lauren, and Sophie) that he had chosen them to join the "Cult of Celebrity". All 3 of them moved into "The Temple" located adjacent to the main house. While in the Temple the three were given the opportunity to watch the other celebrities enter the house. After this, over the course of the next three days the "cult celebrities" were allowed to choose three celebrities to nominate for the first eviction of the season.

• Face to Face Nominations: On Day 14, Carol has to killer nominate one person face-to-face. Additionally, all remaining housemates made there nominations face to face, as opposed to in the diary room.

Lauren, Louie and Sophie were chosen as members of the Cult of Celebrities. They have full control of nominations. They nominated Ron, Vicky and Danielle.

On Day 7, Danielle was the 1st housemate to be evicted.

Ron and Vicky were given the power to nominate one housemate up for eviction as a prize for surviving eviction, they chose Louie.

Houseguests can nominated each other for the first time. Charlotte, Courtney, Lauren and Ron are nominated. Lauren has 5 nominations, Courtney has 4 and both Charlotte and Ron have 3 nominations.

On Day 9, Ron is the 2nd housemate to be evicted.

Houseguests nominated Bruce, Courtney, Lauren, Louie and Sophie. Bruce has the most nominations with 5 while Courtney, Lauren, Louie and Sophie are tied with 3 nominations.

During the shopping task, Abz, Courtney and Carol were taken to another room to watch the other housemates. The other housemates were told if they fail the shopping task, one of the taken housemates will be evicted. The housemates failed the shopping task and were told to vote for one of the taken housemates to be evicted. Courtney is exempt since she is up for eviction, leaving Carol and Abz in the mercy of the other housemates. All housemates all chose to evict Carol except for Charlotte. However, this is a fake eviction, leaving Carol to watch the other housemates for an extra day.

On Day 14, Sophie became the 3rd housemate to be evicted.

On Day 16, Bruce and Dustin became the 4th and 5th housemate to be evicted.
