Self-described bogan Casey likes pushing herself and she’s ready to give Big Brother a red-hot crack. This creative, clumsy, self-deprecating free spirit says that growing up in Kalgoorlie gave her a country mindset and shaped her into the respectful, open-minded person she is today.
Casey works as an accounts administrator but also holds a diploma in youth work and hopes to work with kids in need someday. Her parents are still madly in love with one another and have instilled strong family values in her, while her two older sisters are her best friends and number one supporters.
Casey says her family and friends would describe her as annoying and hyperactive and she admits her chaotic energy might get on the nerves of her fellow Housemates. She tends to be restless and will struggle to hide her disinterest in things.
One of Casey’s biggest pet peeves is people who are fake, contrived or close-minded, especially when it comes to the environment. She is mindful she can come across as quite brash given she likes serving up home truths.
Overall, however, Casey can roll with the punches. She is fairly easygoing and just hopes not to ruffle too many feathers in the house. She’s confident the Housemates who don’t “get her” from the start will come around eventually.
If she were to win Big Brother, Casey would invest some of the money and treat herself to a holiday.
