Late Entries: Throughout the season, several housemates entered the game after the premiere.
- Julia Oemler entered the house on Day 4.
- Marvin Opana entered the house on Day 8.
- Marcel Schiefelbein and Ulf Franz entered the house on Day 10.
- Corinna Frank entered the house on Day 17.
- Saskia Simmert entered the house on Day 24.
- Tanja Steidel entered the house on Day 26.
Celebrity Guest: Each week, a celebrity entered the house as a guest. They could not participate in tasks, but still had the power to influence nominations.
- Matthias Mangiapane stayed in the house during Week 1. He had the power to instantly nominate one housemate for eviction.
- Emmy Russ stayed in the house during Week 2. She had the power to save-and-replace one of the nominees.
- Cosimo Citiolo stayed in the house during Week 3. He had the power to save one nominee from eviction.
- Gina-Lisa Lohfink stayed in the house during Week 4. She had the power to instantly nominate one housemate for eviction.
