Big Brother Canada 10 is the tenth season of Big Brother Canada.

Background

On June 9, 2021, at the Corus Upfront, Global TV announced that Big Brother Canada was given the green light to produce its tenth season in 2022.

Airing Schedule

The show usually aired three times a week, with shows on Monday (7 p.m. ET/PT), Wednesday (7 p.m. ET/PT), and Friday (8 p.m. ET/PT).

Cast Reveal

The HouseGuests' images and profiles were released on February 23, 2022. Prior to the full reveal, the images of the HouseGuests were revealed in a series of advertisements for the season. The next day, ET Canada published a series of cast interviews.

The House

Described by Arisa Cox as "shiny", "glossy", and "sexy", the Big Brother Canada 10 house is decorated with a game show theme.

Sponsors

Expedia, Wendy's and Muskoka Spirits returned to sponsor the season. Additionally, the show has three new sponsors: Winners, Belairdirect insurance and Philips Sonicare Oral Care.

Twists

• Surviving Nominee Door Prize: Occasionally, the nominee that survives the eviction vote would open a mystery door in the house, earning them a reward.
• BelAirDirect Eviction Protection Insurance: A HouseGuest would be granted sponsored immunity through a part of a competition or an online public vote.
• Chain of Safety Double Eviction: Week 5 had a double eviction, however unlike a regular Double Eviction, the evictee was determined by a "Chain of Safety" selection process. Beginning with the winner of the first challenge, each HouseGuest would select another HouseGuest to save until three are left unselected, who would then compete for safety in a second challenge to determine that night's second set of nominees.
• Secret Power of Veto: A series of steps will lead a HouseGuest to obtain a secret veto that can be used to remove a nominee from the block. Should the HouseGuest disclose the power, they will be immediately evicted from the house.
• Triple Eviction: A triple eviction will take out three people in one night.
• Canada's Jury Vote: Canada will be given a jury vote on finale night. The recipient of the vote will be determined by an online vote.
