Big Brother Brazil 15 is the fifteenth season of Big Brother Brazil.

Twists

• Big Phone: Similar to previous seasons, whoever answers the Big Phone will either receive the power to nominate someone secretly or will be automatically nominated themselves.
• Additional Housemates: Initially the show counted on thirteen participants, but soon, on the second day of the program, Aline Gotschalg and Julia Barboza, two candidates for participation, joined the house for meetings for the fourteenth wave of the season. Aline, with 53% of the votes, was chosen by the public to continue in the confinement.
• Rules Changes: This season, the Head of Household will be back to be eligible to compete in the next HoH competition after his leadership, having the chance to be HoH multiple times in a row. Also, he/she gains R$10.000, the Power of No, and the right to divide the housemates into two teams for the Food competition. However, for the first time since BBB started, the HoH has no immunity in the nominations, becoming vulnerable to being nominated by the House vote.
• You're in Control!: Big Brother introduced a new way to give more power to the audience, called Você no Controle. Every week, producers pose a question and the public must vote between two options. The voting usually is opened on Friday and finishes on Sunday.
• No Replacements Participant Tamires Peloso gave up the game on the afternoon of March 8, 2015, week 6. It was the first time in the history of the Brazilian's edition that a contestant asked to leave the game less than a month of the finale, that would happen on April 7, 2015. Due to show nearing its conclusion, a new contestant was not scheduled to replace Tamires in the game.

You're in Control

Over the course of the game, the public was tasked on choosing between two options weekly to affect the game, starting on Week 2 and ending on Week 10. The options and results were as follow:

• During Week 2, the public was asked if they wanted to give out a immunity to someone currently in the Have-Not group. The public choose yes with 67% of votes and the Have-Nots were tasked with giving out the immunity in consent to one of them, with the chosen contestant being Mariza Moreira.
• During Week 3, the public was asked if they wanted to give the HoH the power to veto the choice of the PoI's holder. The public choose yes with 50,44% of the votes and the current HoH, Amanda Djehdian, choose not to interfere with the PoI's, Talita Carvalho, decision.
• During Week 4, the public was asked if they wanted a open vote in the next nomination ceremony. The public choose yes with 87% of the votes.
• During Week 5, the public was asked to choose if the contestant who answer the Big Phone should've been able to nominate someone or be automatically nominated themselves. The public choose the former option with 62% of the votes and Luan Rosa was nominated.
• During Week 6, the public was asked if the PoI of the week should be auto-immune or if they should grant their immunity to someone else as usual. The public voted on the latter with 71% of the votes and Tamires Peixoto was immunized.
• During Week 7, the public was asked if the HoH's nomination should be before or after the house vote. The public voted for after with 72% of the votes.
• During Week 8, the public was asked if the PoI's vote this week should've been worth double or be null. The public voted for being worth double with 74% of the votes.
• During Week 9, the public was asked if the HoH's nomination should be before or after the PoI's choosing who would be immune. The public voted for after with 64% of the votes.
• During Week 10, the public was asked if they wanted to give out immunity to the current HoH, Amanda Djehdian. The public choose not to with 51% of the votes.

Trivia

• After Tamires' walking from the show, Big Brother Brazil's director, Boninho, gave a speech to the house. In his speech, using strong phases, he claimed discontentment over Tamires' quitting the game, informed there wasn't going to be a replacement contestant for her, emphasized the seriousness of the game, claimed quitters were "the true losers of the game" and were weak and reinforced that "whoever wants to leave, it's very simple, you saw how easy it is. Just put yours bags there [in the house's storeroom], enter the confessional and PUM [SIC]! Gone from our life, gone from our history. Dead to us." Afterward, he told the contestants to forget about Tamires altogether and not speak about her anymore, pretending she "committed suicide or was shot into space".
  • After the audio of his speech was posted online, it went viral and became one of the most memorable moments of the season over Boninho's harshness and the reaction of the contestants.
