Bayleigh Pelham is the winner of Big Brother Canada 12.

As a feminist and a girl from Nova Scotia, Bayleigh joined Big Sisters and East Coast Alliance at the beginning of the game. However, both alliances crumbled in Week 2 when Vivek Sabbarwal told Victoria Woghiren about East Coast Alliance, which led to a heated argument between Bayleigh and Vivek, and Victoria backdoored her ally Donna Marshall. Bayleigh became the main target during Week 3 & 4 by Vivek and Elijah Kazlauskas, who even laid a backdoor plan to get her out. However, Bayleigh maintained her relationship with the girls, as Kayla Clennon used the Power of Veto to save her from the block in Week 3 and Lexus Jackson kept the noms the same the week after, making her safe from being backdoored. When Victoria won the Executive Veto, Bayleigh managed to persuade Victoria to used the Veto on Todd and get her rival Vivek evicted. Since then, Bayleigh had worked on her relationship with Anthony Douglas, who also had targeted her for the first couple of weeks, while still maintaining her relationship with both Todd Clements and the girls remaining.

In the Movie Night Massacre, Bayleigh clutched out safety and put Victoria on the HOH spot, making her another enemy Elijah evicted. Bayleigh then won the Power of Veto in Week 6, which not only allowed her to save Todd, but also kept her from being Avery Martin's potential backdoor target. In Week 7, Bayleigh was once again nominated by Tola Eam as a pawn, alongside Avery as the target. Although Todd didn't use the Power of Veto, which she agreed, her relationship with Anthony paid off for the first time when Avery was evicted by a vote of 3-1. During the Double Eviction, Bayleigh dictated Victoria to nominated Lexus and Tola, with Tola being the target. The plan was successful as Tola was evicted with a unanimous vote.

During Week 8, Bayleigh's relationship with Anthony paid off for the second time as Anthony decided to pawned Lexus instead of her in order to backdoor Victoria. Bayleigh won her first Head of Household in Final 4, she decided to target Anthony, but still kept him off the block as the rest of the week would be controlled by the veto winner. Although her planned backfired as Lexus won the final POV and sent Todd to the Jury, her relationship with Anthony worked out the third time when Anthony won the Final HOH and considered Bayleigh as the more beatable one and evicted Lexus instead. It turned out most of the jury members, especially Victoria and Lexus, who were betrayed by Anthony, were bothered by his multiple lies when regarding himself as loyalty. Bayleigh's more straightforward and honest game and her ability to not be manipulated earned her the win with a 6-1 vote, making her the fourth female winner in Big Brother Canada series, and the first newbie to win over a veteran in Big Brother Canada.
