Antonio joined the game on Day 138 and was able to become a fan favorite despite his late entry. He developed conflicts with Alessandro Basciano and Sophie Codegoni, while growing friendships with Nathaly Caldonazzo and Soleil Sorge. His friendship with Nathaly caused him to become a target of many other houseguests, who felt like she had been manipulating him and pushing him away from the rest of the House. Antonio was involved in multiple public votes but received considerable support and survived, until Day 172, when a surprise second elimination lead to his eviction against Davide Silvestri and Sophie Codegoni. He placed 11th overall.
